IT'S ALL IN A CHAI CARD?
I want to share a special service that CBST provides to members and non-
members who are reading this. It's a Chai Card. A Chai Card, you
ask, what does that mean? A life card? No. A card that is worth $18? Well,
something like that.
A Chai Card is a way in which any of us can express our personal sentiments
to a friend, colleague or family member on a special occasion like a
birthday, anniversary, honorarium or to memorialize someone who is no
longer with us. This method of giving tzedaka fulfills several purposes -
we take care of our wishes, you record a donation, and the recipient
remembers you with appreciation for your thoughtfulness.
To facilitate this process you simply mail your request along with a check
for $18 made out to CBST to the synagogue office.
To Life, to life, l'chayim. L'chayim to CHAI CARDS
Chai Cards are available from the Chaverim Committee
to commemorate happy, sad and special occasions.
